The Cadogan Hall, a former Christian Science church built in 1907 and refurbished as a concert hall just a decade ago, is currently the London home of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The hall has a capacity of almost 1,000 but maintains an intimacy between the performers and orchestra. It is notable for its clear sight lines and acoustics; it is worth a visit in its own right.
The Hall is just two minutes walk to the north of Sloane Square in the heart of Chelsea and is easily accessed from Sloane Square tube station on the District and Circle lines. Bus numbers 11, 19, 22, 137, 211, 319, 360 and C1 all pass in the immediate vicinity. There is a 24hr, underground NCP car-park in nearby Point Street at which Cadogan Hall ticket holders can get a discount.
